Some adjustments to streaks, backgrounds and the results screen.

One more song — journeys, earned cards & a creator editor
Chapters now connect one run to the next, cards earn their new tier on the results screen, and player-made journeys are taking shape inside the game.

Scores per keyboard, testing harness & more
Scores now split by keyboard, plus a test harness that plays Rush E so I don't have to.
